Characteristics

Longwall mining permits the exploitation of large blocks of underground coal seams within a short time. The longwall mining equipment has to be relocated after the mining of a block has been completed. DSI’s Longwall Recovery Mat System has been developed to make the relocation of equipment quicker and easier.
